As a school we are committed to building student agency through inquiry learning and rich real life experiences, developing self motivated and self directed learners. We offer a unique natural learning environment that supports our localised curriculum. 

At Marco School every child will experience learning in ways that is best for them.  They will experience a culturally diverse curriculum that reflects New Zealand bicultural and multicultural heritage and the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi.  

Students will learn in a way that encourages reflection on and conversation about learning and next steps in the pursuit of personal learning goals.
